Turkey’s Grand National Assembly host Numan Kurtulmuş commented on the West’s stance with the situation in Gaza. He stated that Western civilisation has collapsed and is dragging humanity towards collapse.
Discussing the position of the West with the situation in Gaza, he also expressed hope that a new era will come.
«The mentality that we exalt in our eyes as modern Western civilisation, but which for a long time ruled the world with all its values, institutions and organisations, has now collapsed, but with its collapse it is dragging humanity towards a great collapse», RIA Novosti reported.
Earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed the situation in the Gaza Strip with the leaders of Egypt, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia in Riyadh, calling Israel’s actions «massacres», – the Turkish leader’s administration said.
Kurtulmuş believes that the time has come when the world needs a new word and perspective.
«Because in this period, the world needs a new word and a new perspective when both the catastrophes caused by human hands and the solutions to these catastrophes are discussed»- the politician said.
