The Art Festival takes place at the Moscow Conservatory from 4 to 11 May. It was founded by the Moscow Conservatory with the support of the Foundation for the Development of Creative Initiatives and the Russian Music Union in 2013 as an annual forum.

And in the Rachmaninovsky Hall on May 8, as part of the concert “Grandchildren of Victory Remember,” the Mixed Choir of the Taneev Kaluga College of Music and the Choir of Students of the Ippolitov-Ivanov GMPI will perform.

The concert on May 9 will be the central event of the festival. On Victory Day, the original musical and dramatic composition “Wherever we are, Russia” will be presented, dedicated to the work of Mark Fradkin. In addition to the above groups, the concert will be attended by the Chamber Choir of the Moscow Conservatory and actress Elena Zakharova. On May 10, the Military Letters will also feature the Men’s Military Chapel, the Trinity Chamber Choir, and the Moscow Russian Folk Choir of the Schnittke Moscow Music Institute.

And at the closing ceremony, the National Symphony Orchestra of Bashkiria will appear on the stage under the direction of chief conductor Dmitry Kryukov. Thanks to a collaboration with the choirs of the Moscow City Committee, the Tula State and Children’s “Pioneer,” the world premiere of “Military Cantata” by David Krivitsky will take place, timed to coincide with the 85th anniversary of the composer’s birth.
