Russia is on the needle or a possible start of a new lockdown

From June 28, only those people, who were vaccinated against coronavirus, were ill for six months before, as well as those who have a negative test for coronavirus will be able to visit cafes and restaurants.

The test should be done in one of the Moscow laboratories, which is connected to the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System. As proof that a person has been vaccinated, QR codes will be re-introduced. The service will be available from June 25 in the electronic medical records of Muscovites. You can also get a QR code at mos.ru “EMIAS.info” and on the website of public services in the application “Public services. Stop Coronavirus”, in the registry of the city polyclinic.

A digital certificate with the status “Vaccinated” will be valid for a year, with the status “Ill” — for six months, with the status” PCR” — for 72 hours.

People from other cities will also be able to get a QR code using mos.ru, to which they will have simplified access. They will need to fill out a special form on the website. Then the data entered there will be checked against the list of vaccinated people. Only after checking the data, the person will receive a QR code. Citizens of other countries, children and people who have contraindications to vaccination or who have been ill with covid will be able to go to a restaurant for a PCR test without consulting a doctor.

Now, when entering a restaurant, in addition to checking the temperature, they will require a QR code, which can be presented both on paper and electronically. The code will be checked for validity using phones and tablets, and the data from the QR code will be checked against the data in the passport. Establishments that don’t meet these requirements will only be able to work takeaway. Food courts will be opened only after checking the system with QR codes. Most likely, restaurants will lose a huge number of visitors, because not many people are eager to be vaccinated.

Also, from June 22, no more than 500 people can attend mass events, and fan zones and dance floors should not work at all. But, according to the mayor’s office, the restrictions will not apply if they are allowed to attend events using QR codes. But the authorities of the city of Moscow do not yet plan to introduce QR codes for shopping centers, fitness halls, shops and transport.
