The government of the country about the change of power and “United Russia”

Kremlin today

On August 24, during a briefing, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov answered a question that concerns a considerable number of people about whether the Kremlin and Vladimir Putin himself consider it as a useful and normal practice to change power.

“This is a rather rhetorical question, and the Kremlin’s position is absolutely not important here. We have a Constitution that prescribes all electoral processes. This is a question of elections and a question of popular vote — the election of the head of state, the choice of parliament. And then — just a matter of expression of will,” — these are the words of Peskov.

According to the law on elections of deputies of the State Duma of the VIII convocation, the party is obliged to publish the election program no later than 20 days before the election.
