The auctioneer was detained and taken to the police.

On the afternoon of June 11, it became known that a criminal case of hooliganism was opened against him. Pavel faces up to 7 years in prison.

Later it turned out that nineteen-year-old journalist Nika Samusik, who filmed the action, is also suspected in this case. During the arrest, her SD card was taken away from her and held by the police for about 11 hours, without explaining the reasons. All this time, her lawyer was not allowed to see her and she was not allowed to pass food. Nick was taken to a medical examination without the consent of the journalist.

After that, Samusik was officially transferred to the status of a suspect and sent to a temporary detention center together with Krisevich.

Her lawyer, Sergei Telyanov, said that he didn’t see the background of the case and did not explain the nature of the suspicions, and refused to show the decision to initiate a criminal case. He doesn’t know what to defend himself against. They pointedly refuse to explain to him what the essence of the suspicion is.

Telyanov stressed that Niki had a press card and an editorial certificate with her, and she didn’t take any part in the action, but only filmed the process.

“The main task of the security forces is not to let the video of the action spread,” — said Sota editor, Alexey Obukhov.

Samusik is 19 years old. She grew up in Murmansk, has 6 brothers and sisters. She has group 3 disability (acute leukemia in remission). Two years ago, she entered St. Petersburg State University as a biologist. In addition to the fact that she writes in Sota, she leads the telegram channel “Pyatnitsa” about actionism and contemporary art.

The journalist hasn’t been brought to criminal responsibility before, but she was already arrested at one of Krisevich’s actions-then he climbed into a ball of barbed wire in the form of a prisoner and shouted political slogans.

Nika was given 10 days under the article on “disobeying a lawful request of a police officer”, because she didn’t delete the photos from the performance at the request of the police officer.

On June 13, the Tagansky court decided that Pavel Krisevich was arrested until August 11, and Nika Samusik was released from the detention center, but she remains in the status of a suspect.
