In honor of the athletes from the Russian national team, who went to the Olympics, was launched a website

Kremlin today

As part of the movement “Believe in Russia”, the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation has launched a site-map about athletes who were poisoned in Tokyo. In the public domain, there are profiles of athletes with brief information about each of them, as well as a map with geo-points of the city from which athletes were born or train. Anyone can now easily find out the information they are interested in literally “in one click”.

“Here you can find information about all our Olympians! Russian athletes shared the most interesting facts about themselves: how their path to great sport began, what victories they consider the most significant in their careers and what they do in their free time from training and competition,” — the creators emphasize.

In addition to the above possibilities, users will be able to find out the schedule of the competition and who of the athletes takes part in them.

Also, quite recently, another campaign in support of athletes was launched: “10 songs of champions”.
The essence of the movement is as follows: you need to record a short video where you perform one of the hits of the Russian Olympians (genres are indicated in the athletes’ profiles posted on the above-mentioned site).  The next step is to publish this video on social networks with hashtags #VERIMVROSSIYU #10PESENCHAMPIONOV.

Memorable gifts with autographs of their favorite athletes will be sent to the authors of the best works.

This site will clearly benefit the Russians, because, according to the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion (VTsIOM), 97% of the surveyed citizens of our country do not know the name of a single Russian athlete. Well, let’s get better!

Recall that the Games of the XXXII Olympiad in Tokyo will be held from July 23 to August 8.  Athletes from more than 200 countries will compete for 339 sets of medals.

Let’s wish our athletes good luck!
